• The Summit will commence with an early evening Welcome Social for everyone to get acquainted and will include an Ice Breaker activity with prizes.
• A vast majority of past attendees have stated that the opportunity to meet Thursday evening facilitated doing business on Friday.

• Friday is an all-day event and will begin after breakfast with Education Sessions running throughout the day.  
• Networking opportunities provided during lunch and during the evening program.  
• Lunch and dinner provided.
• A detailed schedule will be provided when all Education Sessions are finalized.
• What should I wear in the hotel conference center?  Business Casual.  An organizational polo and slacks will be common place.

• Social Media Workshop - Growth, Analytics, etc.
• Weather:  A guided discussion regarding planning, execution, contingencies, and insurance as related to weather
• Volunteers:  A guided discussion regarding the challenges of recruiting, training, managing, and retaining volunteers
• How to maximize the benefits of STEM / STEAM at your show
• ICAS Update from Adam Glowaski with a focus on the Marketing and Ticketing Revenue benefits of the Strategic Air Show Partnership (SASP) and Music Licensing programs.

• Flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is also an option, but is a longer drive.
• Sarasota airport (SRQ) is another option, but slightly further than RSW.
