• The Summit will commence at 5pm (ET) with a Welcome Social for everyone to get acquainted and will include an Ice Breaker activity with prizes.
• A vast majority of past attendees have stated that the opportunity to meet Thursday evening facilitated doing business on Friday.
• Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
• The hosted event will conclude at 8pm (ET)

• Friday is an all-day event and will begin after breakfast with Education Sessions running throughout the day.  
• Networking opportunities provided during lunch and during the evening program.

• A detailed schedule will be provided when all Education Sessions are finalized.
• What should I wear in the hotel conference center?  Business Casual.  An organizational polo and slacks will be common place.

* Producers - "Show me the money!" A panel discussion identifying local resources. - Denise Dull, David Anstey, Punta Gorda Airport COO, Chamber of Commerce Director, and Director of Tourism

• Flying into Punta Gorda (PGD) - Allegiant Airlines

• Flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is also an option, but a longer drive.
